In the past several months, I have had the privilege of traveling across the U.S. delivering powerful Insights Discovery workshops. Some of the teams I have worked with have been largely remote for the past couple of years and are just now meeting each other in person, some for the very first time. The reaction and responses are amazing. Pure joy, excitement, and overall enthusiasm are just some of the words to describe what I have witnessed.
Aside from seeing people in person rather than through a computer screen, what I see is people making true connections. People connecting in a real and human way. Appreciating each other’s presence.
